September 2009

Wow how time has flown by! Xander is already 22 months old and Xoie is 3 months old!!! Our babies are growing way to fast!!!!!! Here are a few pictures from our last few weeks...we hope you enjoy them!

Updates...

Well, time is flying by! Xoie will be 6 weeks old tomorrow...that brings a tear to my eye! Xander is 20 months old...more tears coming...and school is about to start! Now, I am fully crying! :-)

Xoie is eating 4oz every 3 hours during the day is going 4-5 hours at night. She is wearing size 1 diapers and is quickly growing into her 0-3 months clothes! She is a pretty easy, low-key baby...we need that with her firey big brother! It seems like yesterday that we were awaiting her arrival and now she has been in this world for 6 weeks already!

Xander is just eating all of the time! He's a growing boy! He is wearing 12-18 months clothes, finally! He has a tiny waist and long legs...sound familiar? Just like his daddy! He is a very happy, energetic (did I mention energetic?) little boy! He loves to sing, dance and talk of course. We don't always know what he is saying, but he sure does and tell us all about it! Xander is loving life, changing everyday, growing up WAY to fast and adjusting to having a sister really well!!!

We have had a few speed bumps in our road, but I think things are finally slowing down and a routine is in our near future...that might be wishful thinking, we will see! I just got back out of the hospital...yes, the hospital. I had kidney stones that required a little surgery. Phew, that is over and I am doing great! It seems like I can't get a break...but, the future looks bright and our family is doing GREAT! I could not be a luckier person to have such an amazing husband and 2 beautiful, healthy kiddos! Here are a few pictures from the past few weeks!

Meet our New Little Princess...

Our family is now complete!!! Miss Xoie Lanae Robertson blessed us with her presence June 19th at 8:14 p.m. by c-section. She weighed 6lbs 1oz and was 18 1/4inches long. She is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! She looks so much like her brother it is unreal. The picture at the top of the blog is a picture of Xander and Xoie at 4 days old. Can you believe how much they look alike? Everyone is doing great! Xander is still trying to figure out what is happening in his world, but he is coming around. He gets more curious about Xoie everyday. He is really into kissing her and just staring at her with the cutest smile on his face. I would love to know what is going through his mind when he is looking at her. Life is great!!! We are truly blessed! I am SUPER glad to not be pregnant anymore...24 weeks of bedrest and 26 admissions to the hospital, yep 26--NO JOKE, was exhausting! No matter what I went through, Xoie is worth every ounce of it...she is a true miracle baby! Thank you to everyone for all of the love, prayers and support over the last few months...it is what kept us going and our spirits up! We LOVE you for it! Here are a few pictures of our family...We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

I decided to start a new blog for our family since we are about to go from a family of 3 to a family of 4. A family blog seems a little easier to keep up with because I can combine both kiddos and family news on 1 blog. Stay tuned for updates and news about the Robertson family!
